Frequently Asked Questions

Our balayage units are created using 100% raw Cambodian hair. Each unit starts with hair in its natural black state to ensure the highest quality and longevity. Some units are coloured directly from natural black raw hair into a balayage, depending on the desired tone and finish.

For lighter balayage shades, the raw black hair is carefully lifted to blonde first, the professionally balayaged to achieve soft, blended highlights. All colouring is done by hand to maintain the hair's integrity, resulting in a natural-looking blend while preserving the softness, strength, and quality of the raw hair.

Raw Hair is hair that is completely untouched. It hasn't been dyed, chemically processed, or altered in any way. It usually comes from a single donor and keeps its natural texture, colour, and cuticle alignment. As it is in its purest form, raw hair is considered the most natural and highest quality option.

Virgin Hair is also hair that hasn't been chemically processed or dyed. However, unlike raw hair, it may go through very minimal treatments such as steam processing to create specific textures like body wave or curls. Virgin hair still maintains its strength and cuticle alignment, but it is not as completely untouched as raw hair.
