1. Introduction

Welcome to Taimlesshairco. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Product Specifications & Accuracy

We strive to display the colours, textures, and lengths of our hair extensions and wigs as accurately as possible.

  • Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days for normal units and 7-10 days for coloured units. Processing times may increase during sales or holiday seasons.

  • Liability: Taimlesshairco is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of Loss: Once a package is scanned as "Delivered" by the courier, Taimlesshairco is no longer liable for the package.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the nature of hair products and federal health regulations, all sales are final.

  • Hygiene Standards: For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been handled, brushed, washed, or had the lace cut.

  • Defective Items: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for an exchange to be considered.

5. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Taimlesshairco and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Taimlesshairco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products, including but not limited to improper installation or chemical damage caused by third-party stylists.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
